Remove the cap. After removing it, start at the center of the upper lip and follow the contours of your mouth. Then, when you are done with the upper lip, smoothly glide the lipstick across the entire lower lip. The key to the best results is to begin from the center and blend outwards. For a more precise application, you can also try using a lip brush.
